This the account of the adventures encountered by two happy-go-lucky, young and mischievous space-traveling twins by the names of O-Boo and U-Boo from the plant Orkinmaul. On an outing to see the universe, their spaceship is hit by a fast-traveling shooting star and they are forced to make an emergency landing on Earth. When they call back to their home plant, they find out it will take a couple of 100 Earth years for a repairman to come and fix their ship. Now for them a couple of 100 Earth years is a short time, so being that they must wait for the repairman they decide to explore this water plant and get to know its inhabitants. It doesnat take long for them to get absorbed into helping the animals and the people they meet along their travels. With their ability as shape shifters they can change from one form to the next. After they have safely landed and hide their ship, they start off on a series of adventures, helping others who find themselves in trouble.
