From the Author... Poetry is something that can have several different meanings. To some, it is a way to write and yet reveal very little. I write from my heart. I want you to know how and what I am feeling. These poems may make you laugh, cry, chuckle, or just feel something within your own heart that you didn't know was there. So, welcome to my world of poetry. I find that it can soothe a troubled mind or it can make your heart dance. I have written poetry to help me when I feel lost, but I have also written just to cleanse my heart. If I can touch your heart and make you feel what I feel, then I know that I have truly succeeded as a poet.
