The indomitable Melita Pargeter has decided to build her dream house on the plot left to her by her husband, the much loved, much missed "businessman" Mr. Pargeter. Her plans go awry, however, as there is a dead body found lying in the new wine cellar, and Concrete's been arrested for his murder. The builder isn't an angel, but he also isn't the killer.
