Too often parenthood means raising kids rather than parents themselves.
Parents should not jump in children's problems. That should give their children the opportunity to use their own resources, of course by accurate and active listening.

如何传达爱和接受
1 行动上的，放手，不要干预孩子的行为，给他自由，你的介入会让他觉得你不信任他的能力，给他犯错的机会。比如搭建沙堡，做你自己的事情，让他放手去做。问题？和孩子一起玩难道不是建立好的亲子关系的一种方式吗？
2.做个好听众，不要随便指责，只要耐心安静的聆听，让孩子自己得出结论。做一个passive listener 能让你的孩子感觉被接受，而你也可以得到被信赖的感觉。

语言上如何表达接受和爱

1.避免typical twelve，不要总是用我认为怎么样来回答孩子的问题，不要总是主观的去judge孩子，让他觉得你根本不懂他。
2你可以选择做一个passive listener，用哦，这样啊，哦？你可以和我说说吗？这种简单的方式引导孩子敞开心扉，你也可以选择做一个active talking，主动的对话。很直白的把你认为的他想表达的意思翻译出来给他听。抛掉I messege，总是用you messege 打头，不要先入为主，总是以他的角度看待问题，stand in his shoes. 这样做有两个好处，一，避免信息接收有误，二，可以让他觉得你理解他，不随便指责他。你是值得被信赖的。
感悟第二种方式更好，也很有启发性。我自己的回答就跳不出固有的十二种回答。

何时使用积极聆听。
1. kids want to know that you know how badly they feel.

2.there is no generation gap, if you listen to your child,don't teach don't correct don't deprecate don't ridicule the messages you hear from the developing minds of your children

3. Don't respond like a parrot, you have to understand the hidden feelings of their questions.

4. You have to find enough time to do active listening

当孩子给家长造成问题
chapter7
1. 当父母拥有问题的时候，不要想着指责孩子，要想到这事自己的问题，回答要从i message 入手，要诚实表达自己的感受，让孩子理解，不要动不动就指责孩子不懂事，这样会让他们感到不被尊重。
2.当i－message不管用，可以再尝试发送第二次iMessage，但是语气可以重一些。若还是不管用孩子顶回来，可以结合使用active listening，试着和孩子交流。
3.孩子还是可能不愿意改变自己的习惯，conflict of needs situation 是本书的中心，chapter9 会介绍。

4..给孩子选择的自由，当他要损坏东西，给他个替代品让他玩耍
5.提前告知孩子即将到来的改变，比如，要去旅游，要去医院.诚实告诉他比如打针会有一点痛，孩子其实接受能力很强。他们会及时做出调整和改变，而不是大哭大闹。

9 chapter 9 inevitable parent child conflicts who should win?
1.how the conflicts get resolved, not how many conflicts occur. Constructive conflicts can make healthy relationship.

2. 家长把conflict 当成了战争，一定要争输赢，you give him an inch，he take a mile.
3.如果家长赢，孩子就没有机会学习自律，他们永远依靠家乡的管束。 each and every time they force a child to do something by using their power or authority,they deny that child a chance to learn self discipline and self responsibility.
4. 反之，如果总是，孩子赢，孩子会变得很自私。人际关系会糟糕。

1.奖惩制度不好。会诱使孩子撒谎，会让家长总有一天吟驴技穷。惩罚过重也会让孩子失去继续尝试的勇气，会让他们学会欺凌弱小。

1.method3 no lose method is better to resolve a conflict as it utilize the principle of participation. A person is more motivated to carry out a decision that he has participated in making than he is a decision that has been imposed upon him by another.
