公司刚好有这本书，有前辈推荐读这本书，所以我准备慢慢消化。

创造一个充满bug但是有很多用户的产品比创造一个完美但是没人用的产品要更棒。

Through failure and feedbacks and trials, we will get to know what the customer likes and dislikes.

对于一个程序员来说，丢掉几千行代码是一个shame，然而如果是为了产品，这都是可以接受的。

we could have conducted experiments, offering customers the chance to try something and then measuring the behavior.

Validated learning is the essential unit of progress for startups.

Not with brilliant assumptions

Product development becomes more effective, not because working harder but working smarter.

不仅仅是我们做了什么，而是我们验证性的学到了什么（evidence)。

Can this product be built? Should this product be built? Can we build a sustainable business?

道理很好，但是我查了一下作者在这一章举的例子，IMVU， 从没见过这么Low的产品。全是杀马特 的造型， 人们用3d avatar交配，生孩子.... 这本书只是提到怎么创业怎么business，在产品质量和道德层面没有建树。。。
