Interesting & Applicable

The authors drew on abundant findings from psychology and sociology and integrated sciences with real-life examples nicely. It reminded me of the exciting old days when I took psych classes back in college. The book even mentioned E. Roger's "Diffusion of Innovation" theory! I remember having based my thesis on this model!

In short, this book is a fun read which helps to open my eyes to the fascinating synergy between theories and applications. When it comes to influencing changes no matter big or small, this is a valuable guidebook.
