It was totally wasted my 2 hours to read.
Petzold always preaches how beautiful to generate code on-the-fly, but only gives lots of ugly, clumsy C# code.

He spends much of pages introduces BitBlt and I think he will show the internal code of this basic function, but he doesn't. He gives nothing, no valuable code.
