专业主义的先声

专家阶层其实是职业经理人阶层，因为它面向的是产业界。但是却是在一个广泛的群体中进行讨论，也许在说做人。但是作者还是正面回答了自己的定义，p3“专家要控制自己的情感，并靠理性而行动。他们不仅具备较强的专业知识和技能以及较强的伦理观念，而且无一例外地以顾客为第一位、具有永不厌倦的好奇心和进取心，严格遵守纪律。以上条件全部具备的人才，我想把他们称之为专家”

先见的能力本身就说明这本书是面向未来的书，他不是一个总结，这是一个讨论的开始：p55批判战略，全球化，数字化、网络

先见能力、构思能力、讨论能力、适应矛盾能力，这是一个四维的分析框架，如果说一个君子要三省我身，那么这四个能力应该也是一把大前研一的尺子；我的理解判断力、执行力、决策效力，“讨论能力、适应矛盾能力”可以合并，都属于决策的范畴

最后一段话p258对比索尼与IPOD，强调“在网络时代，企业的优势在于可以毫无障碍的获得全球所有的资讯”，对知识共享的启示远远超出了知识管理的三个转化的范畴
