This workbook accompanies a three-in-one development programme video designed to help non-profit boards and staff strengthen their leadership team. A facilitator's guide is also available. In Module One, "Lessons in Leadership", Peter Drucker presents inspirational portraits of five great leaders, showing how each brought his or her own strengths to the task. Accompanying exercises are designed to help participants identify their own particular strengths in leadership.
