A young Hollywood detective becomes drawn into an attempted murder case. The intended victim is still unknown, however it could be any of three people who just happen to have strong ties in the Hollywood community. Everyone tied to the case who needs to be interviewed, also has the power to advance a struggling hopeful's career. The detective just happens to be a hopeful screenwriter himself.
