When Sparky the Dalmatian puppy is brought home from the neighborhood pet store, he is delighted. His new home is a fun and wonderful place, and his new family is caring and warm. Everything changes overnight, however, when a terrible fire destroys Sparky's home and makes him flee into the darkness of a nearby alley.
