The protagonist hero is an ex-Navy SEAL turned Catholic priest, who is pastor of a Black Catholic church parish in Southwest Louisiana. The antagonist-villain is an ex-Norwegian Commando turned Saudi Arabian lobbyist, who also happens to be a cult leader for a millennial-doomsday cult. Their rivalry centers on youth in peril. The power of the spiritual within the timeless battle of good versus evil is examined, along with moral, racial and ecumenical perspectives, which are most timely for U.S. society today.
