E dmond Lau is an engineer at Quip, where he’s building a productivity suite to make teams more effective.

Previously, he was an early engineer at Quora, where he led the engineering team on user growth and built the onboarding and mentoring programs for new engineers. Before Quora, he worked as the tech lead of analytics at Ooyala and as an engineer on search quality at Google. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science at MIT.
