When Doctor Brad Graham discovers an Arab with active smallpox on a plane bound for Washington, D. C., he starts a whirlwind chain of events that takes him and beautiful Cindy Farber, of the Department of Homeland Security, across the U.S. and to Hong Kong in an attempt to prevent a worldwide pandemic surpassing even the Black Plague.
