内容简介:
In the nearly 5,500 years of recorded history, only a few families have had a global impact on the social, political and economic parameters that have shaped our modern society. This is not one of those families. That said, I invite the reader to take a walk through the memories of Claire M. Barkoff and enjoy the interesting nature, formidable challenges and humorous characters of an average American family. Family Memories is a book of light poetry that relates Claireas recollection of various family members and events (most of the events are of a humorous nature) that took place in her lifetime and before. She began writing this collection in the 1930s and continues, when she feels the urge, to this day.
