Ralph Fetter is an on-camera meteorologist in Savannah. Itas early January, and the temperatures are feeling like summer. Then, a huge hurricane threatens Savannah. Ralph not only has to deal with the pressures of the people who do not believe a storm is coming, but he also has to deal with Portia Kacks, the girl whom Ralph has feelings for, and her poisonous friend, Gena. In this story, Ralph has to jump over two obstacles that are thrown at him at once.
