Throughout my life, I have met several interesting people, done many things, met many challenges and been to distant shores I didnat even know existed as a child growing up in the backwoods of Arkansas, at the South tail of the Ozark Mountains, also referred to as the Ouachita Mountains. My stories highlight many of the significant facets of my life regarding my mother, dad, some of my siblings and other people, places and events. The short stories cited herein are based on some of the events that have occurred throughout my lifetime and were all written from my memories, as I best recall them, as well as from my personal opinions concerning these events as they align with these memories.
