Melvina Bryant was born on April 1, 1964, in Macon, Georgia. She now resides in Riverdale, Georgia. She is the fourth of six kids. She was raised by a single parentaher mother, Frances Moore. She is the mother of nineteen-year-old daughter Taera Kenyetta Williams. Melvina is a network troubleshooting technician for a local communications company. Melvina has been writing poems since she was seven years old. She has always loved words and has been remembered as very humorous in her early years. She also has a natural ability to act and has won best actress awards in her high school play. Melvina also loves sports and was active on high school basketball and softball teams. After high school Melvina joined the United States Army Reserves. She attended several Georgia colleges in pursuit of a Computer Science degree. Melvina currently prays with the elderly at a local Medical rehabilitation center. She helps youth with after-school community activities to strengthen them spiritually. She also works with the homeless providing them with food, clothing, furniture, stability, and spiritual enlightenment after transitioning to homes of their own. She is also a Sunday school teacher and prayer intercessor.
