Morgan Pierce awakens one morning to the news that alien spacecraft are hovering above the major cities of Earth. She is forced to leave the life she once knew and join up with a secret government that knows everything about her. She learns that the government is not what it appears to be, and finds it hard to trust anything she is told. Then, when a second group of aliens show up, chaos ensues. The two alien races have different plans in mind for the Earth. Morgan discovers that one of the groups of aliens wish to crown her queen in an attempt to help Earth gain entry into an inter-planetary organization called the Universal Order. Along the way she finds out that neither of the alien races are what they originally appeared to be and that there is a dark secret to be discovered about the Earth and its people.
