The Magic Hat tells the story of a middle-aged man living out his fantasies. One day, while driving in his convertible and wearing a hat, he sees and subsequently meets a beautiful young woman. They fall madly in love and begin a dreamlike love affair. As time passes, all of his fantasies become realities. He loses weight, gets in shape, and makes a lot of money. They travel the world on a beautiful yacht and eventually settle down in a spectacular beach home. They marry and have a family and live happily ever after.
