Henrietta (Hank) Castle, an investigative reporter disguised as a homeless person, enters the world of the streets to gather information on why this condition exists in todayas society. A serial killer begins to eliminate the homeless ranks and leaves a cryptic verse with each victim. For this world of vagabonds, stamped for death, there is no place to hide. They become people without rights or justice. They are caught in the dilemma of local authorities who cannot protect them and a society who prefers to ignore them.
