内容简介:
Regina was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago with one brother ten years older than her. When she was a child, she had no one her age to communicate with so she was forced to articulate her feelings and opinions maturely so that she could be heard. When Regina was in seventh grade, her English teacher opened her up to a world of poetry. Regina always loved writing but that year she also struggled with the death of her closest friend, her dog Bulli, so she submerged herself into her writing. Following the death of her dog came a bout of depression, a battle she still has to face today. Her writing was a way to show the world all of her feelings without saying a word. She never told anyone about the way she was feeling inside, only in her poetry did she reveal her best-kept secrets.
