The DarkRealm Hunteras Chronicles Southern California Badlands occurs in the dawn of the new millennium, when the world is in ruins and California is dominated by werewolves and demonic creatures. The werewolves are divided into Werewolf-Nations and ruled by an Overlord. These carnivores prey on the weak and innocent inhabitants scattered throughout the demolished cities. There are warriors known as DarkRealm Hunters that protect the innocent inhabitants from the creatures The book chronicles the hunters as they venture from city to city throughout California. It has become a hunting ground for the predators of the DarkRealm that are divided into different kingdoms. The hunters wear black leather attire and engage in hand to hand combat with any werewolves/mutants using medieval weapons. They are members of the Coalition of DarkRealm Hunters and are chosen to become hunters by the Council of Elders.
