All the works have in common the theme of a spiritual-alchemical journey. The first work is the death of a former self, the second is an in-between phase; the culmination is the short prose work aBecoming Birtha, which is a prosaic description of the birth of the authoras daughter and how he himself was born through her into a higher degree of reality and spirit.
