内容简介：
When Grant Dexter, a reporter for the Chicago Morning News, arrives home he finds his wife, Jenny, severely beaten and his daughter, Sandy, missing. He vows to find Sandy and bring her home. His search leads him from the streets and back alleys of Chicago to the sunny shores of Miami, Florida. Along the way he is confronted by crooked cops, organized crime, drug smuggling, kidnaping, and murder.
