Retired Gods is an enchanting adventure featuring the gods of Ancient Greece. Hermes is sent by his father Zeus to fetch a mortal as soon as he departs from life on earth. Timothy, as this mortal comes to be called is a favour requested by the Goddess Hestia. Together Hermes and Timothy meander through many wonderful places, meeting various interesting immortal characters all inclined to a kindly disposition and alas otherwise, for not all are happy with this arrangement. A pair of inquisitive eyes keep lurking and scrutinizing this happy event. Jealousy erupts causing the 'offended' to design schemes and plots that are intended to harm Timothy.
