Little Jessie starts to act very strangely and spends a lot of her time in her new dollhouse with her three new friends who live inside. Janice falls mysteriously ill after visiting the attic. Chad talks to the townspeople but they are too afraid to say anything to him about his house. Then he discovers four spirits in the house are trying to help him with his friend, Jacob. Jacob finds a strange professor who gives him a very old and fragile book that may be able to help Chad. Chad reads the book, and as it takes control of him, he realizes his mother may have the answers. As he discovers its secrets, he realizes that time is running out for his family. Chad is about to find out where he truly came from and why his family was drawn to the evil house.
