内容简介：
Dwight Hanson graduates from Harvard with a Ph.D. in biochemistry. He is immediately hired by Republic Pharmaceuticals in east-central Florida. While working there, he discovers that five years before, Republic had stumbled onto the cure for cancer and because of patent problems, they decided to shelve the project. Dwight is sent all the research on the cure and tries to get it to the CDC in Atlanta before the people from Republic stop him.
