Novella, one of the most ambitious writers in the newsroom, is on her way to fulfilling her dream as a news broadcaster at one the most prominent broadcasting stations in Philadelphia. Things are looking up for her at the station. Now, she is given a rare opportunity that could skyrocket her into broadcasting. Aware of the opportunities, Novella has plans to continue her education. However, denial trapped her into a deep, dark fog, which is beginning to spiral downward rapidly into a dense dark cloud. Novella is ignoring the fact that she is now under major attack, expecting great things to happen in her life, since she has given her life to Christ. She is failing to realize the spiritual warfare in her life; she is under attack. The subliminal battle of good and evil took on a disguise. Evil has infiltrated her life through the man she loves and her cousin, who she also considers her best friend, but primarily through herself, in the form of denial. The demons she fought out of her life when she renewed her mind have resurfaced in sheepas clothing. The love of man blinded her from the true love of self. Now, Novella finds herself attempting to live a double life; however, there are family members and friends who see through her self-deceptive lifestyle. Still, she begins to slip backwards, because she believes she can still do some things she has done in the past, but do them differently. This deception has landed her on a very narrow fence, and she is about to take a fall.
