Paula Manoni aka Paula Madison, an ex-model turned detective, has had a hard time keeping a partner. Rumors are circulating that she has the Dirty Harry syndrome. After trying for Internal Affairs several times, to no avail, she is afforded her big break as a recovery agent for the DEA. Her mission is to bring Special Agent Thomas Dalton back at all costs. Drug Enforcement Agent Thomas Dalton has gotten caught up in his role play as an advisor and bodyguard to suspected drug lord Mecco SAnchez, who resides outside of Dallas-Fort Worth. Director Burns is worried that, after six months of noncompliance, his best agent might be lost to the drug underworld. Mecco's spoiled younger sister, Countess Matea Blanau, has several obsessions and Thomas Dalton is one of them; however, the skeletons in her closet are about to be revealed.
