The office was going through much change and flux due to the sudden departure of more then half of the doctors and staff. Everything was in turmoil and what appeared to be a great opportunity, rapidly turned into a nightmare situation that not even the worst pessimist could dream up. Jeff is swept up in a murder mystery that happens at New Kensington Dental, the place of his now-close-to six month employment. One evening, on his apparent after hours watch, the wife of the owner and chief dentist, Dr. Pollard, is found dead, the victim of an apparent "in the chair" heart attack. All the evidence points toward foul play with Jeff being theonly possible suspect. With the help of some fast thinking, Jeff buys himself some time to put together a list of possible people that could have arranged this misfortune to look as if he did it. Also, Jeff looks up some old buddies to aid in his disappearance and amatuer detective work while reminising about" the good old days." All this providing some entertaining reading. A surprise ending awaits all in this clever look into the not-so-normal family dental office. This ficticious novel is filled with plenty of interesting stories and funny tails.
