This is a collection of my original poetic works. They show my life trials and how I have endured both the good and bad. Each one captures thoughts and feelings expressed by me at that given time. Some are from actual experiences and others are fantasies or dreams for my future. They also bring out raw and deep emotions from the highs and lows I have been through. Every piece is written from my soul and exposed to you, the reader. These poems are a journey through my life and lessons, both joyously and sometimes painfully learned. We all have, in our lives, made choices and wished to embrace all life offers. We want to become a person of courage, strength and wisdom. No one humanas life is easy, but we can grow, and my work is a simple look into my world, especially the past year.
