This story is based on events that occurred during the time period while I was assigned to the 19th Security Police Squadron, Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Elements of the timeline and some of the details were changed; the names of most of the persons involved have been changed to protect the real individuals. I believe that over twenty years of waiting to tell this tale will cover the statute of limitations on lying, cheating and just plain stupidity.
