Every two years this conference convenes the leaders in the general topic of relativistic astrophysics to survey the latest results and the status of the field. The proceedings cover the full range of topics where speeds near the velocity of light and/or high gravitational fields apply to astrophysics. These include cosmology, galaxy formation, dark matter and energy, black holes and neutron stars, gamma-ray bursts and ultra-high energy cosmic rays.
