Before the death of her husband, life had been close to perfect for Jessie who lives at Killdeer Farm, her dream house in the country. Inherited from her grandparents, the farm takes her back to better days when she shared it with family. Jessie can't let Sweetzer get the best of her even in his death. With her neighbor Cassie, the two attempt to solve the murder before Jessie or her son is hauled away in handcuffs.
