This is the ninth issue of this annual publication and provides a unique source of information on small states. As in the previous issue, the publication is in two parts. The first part provides a narrative focusing on the recent economic performance of Commonwealth Small States. It also contains feature articles on 'Economic Vulnerability and Resilience: Concepts and Measurements' and 'Sustainable Development on Small States'. These two issues are highly topical for many Commonwealth Small States, in view of their inherent vulnerability and the need for these States to adopt policies that build their resilience. The second part of the publication provides social and economic data on small states. These are presented in 51 tables.
