如何开始一个好的演讲？
开场白包括三个因素（PIP）：目的purpose、重要性Importance、预览Preview，顺序可以自由选择，以下都是合理的。

如何完成一个演讲的结尾？
1. 概括总结演讲中的主要观点
2. 缓慢的一字一顿的读出你的建议
3. 提出你的行动计划
4. 要求听众同意并承诺实施建议
5. 统计总结并确立“下一步”


1. How to start a successful speech? The opening includes three factors: purpose, importance and preview. The sequence is flexiable, followings are both ok:
a) Purpose-importance-preview.
b) Importance-purpose-preview.
c) Preview-purpose-importance.

2. How to close a speech?
a) Summarize the key points in your speech.
b) Speak out your suggestions slowly.
c) Drop up your action plan.
d) ask your audience commit their actions on your suggestions.
e) make sure the next step.

3. How to overcome the stress.
a) Write down the notes.
b) Practice over and over.
c) Raise your voice, then lower your voice, and again.
