3。对每个人有基本的尊重。Care about others' ego. Furthermore, help build up their ego. So restrain from the urge to correct others' opinions unless necessary.
4。看人的优点。不对别人说另一个人的缺点。
5(这个更像是小规律）。The average person, can be led readily if you have his or her respect and if you show that you respect that person for some kind of ability.
