一直觉得,Drucker对管理学的意义,相当于YSL对时尚界的意义:
-Drucker提出了几乎所有管理学的命题,后来人不过是在他建起的框架上精雕细琢;
-YSL设计出了女装几乎所有的Silhouette, 后来人不过是年年新瓶装旧酒而已。
这本书刚上大学时虽然也算看过一遍,但远没有这次深有感触,管理学的东西,关键还是要结合实际经验。
PS: 这本书的副标题虽号称The Best of Sixty Years of Peter Drucker's Essential Writings on Management, 但其实有点误导,实际上只涉及Drucker十本书的精华摘录,相对于Drucker总共几十本的著作量来说,只是冰山一角。
