坑太大，书太薄

书中包括了认知，行为，生物，心理等许多领域的内容，但坑挖的太大。对于初学者展示是本好书，书名也说了, 本书仅仅是Simple Guide.

记几个不错的点：

1. 带着目标做事时，其他都是浮云。
