《设计心理学》主要观点摘抄

1、Well-designed objedcts are easy to interpret and understand. they contain visible clues to their operations.
2、Affordance provide strong clues to the operation of things.
3、mapping is a technical term meaning the relationship between two things

5、seven stages of action:
 forming the goal
forming the intention
specifying an action
executing the action
perceibing the state of the world
interpreting the state of the world
evaluating the outcome

the pricinciples of good design :
1、visibility： by looking ,the user can tell the state of the device and the alternateves for action
2a good conceptual model: the designer provides a good conceptual model for the user ,with consistency in the presentation of operations and results and a coherent ,consistent system image
3good mappings: it is possible to determin the relationships between actions and results, between the controls and their effects, and between the system state and what is visilbe
4 feedback the user receives full and continuous feedback about the results of actions.
