看了下,一本介绍睡眠的科普书。
本以为有些什么不走寻常路的理论,本以为可以学到点高质量睡眠的独门绝活,结果发现全书基本只是澄清了下常识。
读书笔记基本只记下了这几点:
1. You need to know the sleep hours you need
2. Sleep at a fixed time and rise at a fixed time
3. Do some research using the sleep log to know your sleep patterns
4. Sleeping continuously is important
5. Normally we need 10 hours to be completely alert
汗一下最后一条,我要每天睡10小时,就没时间看这本书了。
