Morning pages:
a bit like we I have been doing for 2 years now. Just write anything you want to say about yesterday on the diary. Combined with Jiang Xun's focus on details, I can try to write a bit more, with more details, in the morning. About yesterday, or anything.

Weekly artistic date:
Just a solo thing you do with yourself. Visit a museum/gallaries, do some silly shopping at the craft store etc, or take random pictures of some theme, a DIY or painting. An afternoon would do it.
