训练的终极在于心理训练(附赠本人读书笔记)

白皮本的学习的艺术仅仅是教条的罗列,这本书就真的是大师(虽然年纪轻轻,但是确实国际象棋和太极推手的双料世界冠军,尊称为大师也不过分)根据自己的亲身成长过程总结的发现,克服成长障碍之道,通达任何学科的终极境界必须遵循的基本原理。

这本书堪比宫本武藏的《五轮书》,宫本武藏在严流岛大败佐佐木小次郎之后立心著书,本书作者瓦茨金在台湾夺得春华杯太极推手世界锦标赛冠军后潜心二载写下此书。这两本书读下来都让人忍不住击节长叹,相逢恨晚。以我来看,这本书相比《五轮书》又有过之而无不及。

我的读书笔记(我读的英文版,笔记自然也是英文的了)
1. Entity theorist vs incremental theorist

2. Hard zone vs soft zone

3. Avoid downward spiral. Being present at critical moments of competitions can turn losses into wins.

4. 以成熟,老练,谨慎的心包裹儿童爱玩的心

5. Beginner's mind, invest on loss, lose to win

6. Making smaller circles: continuously drilling and refining on the basics until it's internalized as one part of your body and mind.

7. Using adversity: make obstacles spur you to creative new angles of the learning process.

8. Relaxing the conscious mind to have a free flowing unconscious mind.
Looks at less and sees more (Prerequisites: chunks of information, carved neural paths)

9.Stress and release

10. Building your trigger to the zone: personal routine -> condense it until it can be triggered in a short time or even within a breath.

An example of this kind of personal routine:
1) A light snack (10 min)
2) Mediation (15min) (The breath is extremely important. inhale: energized, exhale: relaxed)
3) Stretch (10min)
4) Listen to favorite music (10min)

11. Making sandals. There are many approaches to handle your emotions under fire, the primal principles are:
1) No denial of your emotions.
2) Observe your emotions to the finest nuances.
3) Stay attuned with you own personality

12. In top level competitions, the winners are always those who can dictate the tones of the competitions.
