The purpose of the study is to explore the comparative value of two theoretically and technically divergent structured reminiscence models with groups of volunteer older adults. Variables of the study are depression, life satisfaction, belief in one's helplessness, ego integrity, and current symptoms self-report. A replicable methodology and facilitator's manual for studying these variables in other populations is included.
