Fate Brings Bennie Home is the continuing story of Bennie, the Young Runaway. After being adopted by Frank and Elva Brewster, Bennie learns he is a very wealthy young man. He vows to do good with his newfound wealth, thanks to the moral teachings of his adoptive parents. Since it is the era of the Great Depression, he sets out on a quest to help the homeless and needy.
