Special Agent Fred Soleos has been summoned once again by the New York City Police Department to solve the serial murders of Hunts Point in the Bronx. Fred was surprised because this case had been closed for over two years and the killer, Detective Meyers, was dead. During a domestic violence call the police made a horrifying discovery on the roof of a tenement building. There were several bodies of missing persons found in a pigeon coop on the roof and they were all murdered. The murders of minority youths have been happening again and the police have no leads. There have been witnesses though saying that they have seen the ghost of Detective Meyers in the neighborhood but Fred knew that this was not possible. There had to be another explanation; there must be a copycat killer on the loose. During his investigation this time Fred finds out that just because you close a case, it doesnat mean it is truly closed. The puzzling thing about this case is the police, the agents, the hustlers, the drug dealers all have one thing in commonaany one of them could be the Hunts Point serial killer.
