内容简介：
Carlee is excited about spending her vacation with her dad in the Sierras. Her excitement fades when she realizes the small town her father lives in doesnat have cable TV, and her stepmother is occupying all of her fatheras time. Carlee needs to get her dadas focus back on her. She plots a fake runaway, thinking this will gain her fatheras attention back. The plot fails; she ends up lost in the wilderness for several days. Carleeas worst nightmare is being alone in the wilderness. Little did she know what lay ahead. Finding food and shelter is hard enough. Her encounter with Mother Nature and mankind is almost more than she can endure.
