A small town in Kentucky nestled between mountains and forest is, for all practical reasons, just another small town. The locals talk about a house, a house that sits on Black Cherry Hill. They warn their children not to go near there. Strange noises can be heard coming from the house, and strange things have been seen. The place is surely haunted. Those who have gone there never return. Itas Halloween eve and one of the locals is found dead, hanging from the roof of their home. While this is being investigated, a teenager doesnat come home from football practice. As a matter of fact, he never showed up for practice. These and other strange events keep Detective Fisher busy. As he investigates these occurrences he meets a beautiful African-American woman named Allure Dubois. As their attraction for each other intensifies, Allure tries and tries again to convince Detective Fisher that itas the house that is causing the people of the town to die mysteriously. Detective Fisher is not convinced of this until he finally decides to go to the house on Black Cherry Hill.
