内容简介:
Covered Dreams is about dreams, memories, and the magic of love. When the covered bridge linking two small villages is struck by lightning, people from both communities gather to extinguish the flames. As they do so, their minds are ablaze with touching memories of the "old girl" and the part she played in their lives. There is much speculation about why covered bridges exist. The author contends these structures harbor our dreams, memories, and innermost longings. These aging landmarks are an enormous part of our heritage, and we should maintain them as a legacy for the future.
